Working closely with the Creative Partners you’ll take the lead in developing a client services function, including recruiting Account Managers to join you as the business grows and setting up the culture and practices for the team. You’ll get to look after a lovely portfolio of clients, managing the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and working with your clients to understand their objectives and provide them with the support and advice they need.
A top design studio are looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team as they grow.
You’ll need a solid background in client services in an agency setting. You should be familiar with project managing a mix of marketing and creative work that could include print, video, animation and digital. You’ll manage workflow through the studio, keeping clients updated on progress and ensuing projects run smoothly to time and budget. You’ll interact with clients, creatives and external partners. You’ll need good written and verbal communication skills to produce tight, clear briefs and you’ll need to be well organised to keep on top of a busy workload.
