This is a busy and fulfilling role working with a mix of local and national clients on a range of branding, marketing, digital and website related projects. You’ll need to be great relationship builder with a positive and out-going approach who thrives on delivering great customer service and creating impressive outcomes for your clients. You’ll mostly be working with an existing portfolio of clients but should be confident stepping to pitches for new clients and always have an eye open for opportunities to grow the business. You’ll need great written and verbal communication skills to document client briefs and keep internal and external stakeholders up to date on the progress of work. You’ll interact with clients on email, telephone, video calls and where possible face to face. You’ll brief creatives and web developers and manage relationships with partners and suppliers. Much of the work is traditional print based marketing campaigns and events but there is also scope to grow your knowledge of digital marketing techniques such as PPC and SEO if that’s something you’re interested in. You’ll also manage projects from a financial perspective, keeping track of costs, ensuring budgets are kept to and work is allocated correctly.

You don’t necessarily have to have worked in marketing agency before although you might have done.
