You’ll need to be a confident, articulate communicator with a good working knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. You’ll be responsible for monitoring content online and responding appropriately. Some content will come in the form of questions or requests for information, others will be more opinion driven. A good understanding of digital PR and reputation management would also be helpful in this role. As the role develops there will be the opportunity to develop content and influencer strategies and also create organic social content for clients. Key to this role is the ability to respond warmly and positively in a way that creates empathy and de-escalates more negative commentary. Knowing when to ask for help and escalate more controversial issues will also be important. You’ll also need to produce weekly reporting and post-campaign reporting for the client and make recommendations on the future paid social content based on your insights and observations.
A fabulous opportunity for an Account Executive, Marketing Executive or Social Media Executive to join a highly regarded marketing agency in Norwich doing Community Management.
The role is 37.5 hours but there will be a need to check in on social media platforms at the weekend. Most of the time no action will be required but if something more significant does need a response then any time invested will be given back and in lieu.
If you’re interested in Community and Influencer Management or Social Media Management this a lovely chance to work with a great team in close knit top notch agency setting.
