You’ll need to be a strong project manager with great admin and organisational skills plus you’ll need a good understanding of how websites work, how they’re built and how to drive traffic to them. You might have worked in an agency setting before or you might be looking to make the move to agency side for the first time. You’ll be working with an experienced team and you’ll get lots of support and encouragement along the way. It’ll be a busy demanding role with involvement in every stage of the process from pitching for new work to speccing out the projects and mapping the user journey, through to briefing developers and designers and managing the project through to completion on time and on budget. If you’ve worked with WordPress or Silverstripe before that would be a huge advantage as would any knowledge around SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics and social media marketing.
