Digital Strategist

Norwich / Permanent / £30,000 - £40,000

A really interesting role for a Digital Strategist, with an award winning digital agency, working with large blue chips on digital strategy, performance marketing and campaign development.

This role would suit an experienced Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Digital Account Handler looking to work as part of a larger agency on bigger budget campaigns for major national and international brands.  It could also suit an experienced Digital Marketing Manager interested in moving into an agency side role or wanting to do more consultancy and strategy work.

You’ll work with your clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies that sit across digital and traditional channels but typically embody a digital first approach.  You’ll need to understand performance marketing and be a digital native but you’ll also need to be able to carry out research to understand economic and social trends and assess competitor activity.  You’ll be a big picture thinker and not be afraid to make recommendations based on research and data.  On a day to day basis you’ll work alongside other strategists, technical experts in areas like PPC, SEO and Analytics, as well as designers and content creators.  You’ll have the backing of an experienced and supportive management team and you’ll be joining an agency with a strong team culture.  Your time will be split 50/50 between being office based in Norwich and working remotely.
