An amazing opportunity for a senior data analyst or digital analytics specialist to take on a management role in a fantastic digital performance marketing agency.

You’ll get to take a lead on delivering innovative data analysis, digital insight and data tracking services for a mix of large blue-chip mainly B2B brands.
Working as part of the management team you’ll collaborate closely with senior colleagues who are experts in marketing strategy, paid digital marketing and organic search to ensure marketing campaigns are effectively tracked and can be reported on intelligently.  Your analysis will ensure campaigns become more efficient and deliver greater returns for the agency’s clients.  You’ll champion a data led, insight driven approach to digital marketing across the agency and manage a small team who will work with you to deliver performance forecasting, customer persona building and competitor research.

You’ll need to be familiar with data analysis and statistical analysis tools and be confident manipulating and integrating complex data sets.  You should be familiar with Excel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Tableau, R and SQL.  A good understanding of statistical concepts, and the ability to apply them to real-life campaigns – including multivariate analysis, statistical anomaly detection, propensity and basket analysis models, data clustering and performance forecasting – would be extremely useful.  Any awareness of data science and developer toolsets – building scripts to extract and manipulate data from various APIs, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Python and/or NodeJS are also desirable but not essential.

As this is a management role you will need to be able to work from the Norwich office at least 50% of the time.
