You will need a strong track record of delivering effective paid digital campaigns within large client organisations including a sound understanding of paid search on Google and Bing, paid social and programmatic display via platforms such as Google Display Network, DV360 and Oath. You should be comfortable collaborating on multi-disciplined campaigns working with strategists, research/insight teams and creatives to ensure the client gets an on brand, well optimised, high performing campaign with demonstrable and measurable outcomes.

In addition to day to day responsibilities you will also get the chance to be involved in recruiting additional staff, training the team, contributing to pitches, writing blog posts and speaking at industry events. As part of the leadership team you’ll help shape the culture within the agency and set the focus in terms of goals and objectives.
