This is a great role working closely with the Head of Strategy to deliver strategic support across major client accounts.  You’ll develop strategic approaches to solve client problems through creativity and communication, and sell those approaches to the client.  As an essential part of the creative development process you will deliver provocative briefs and provide inspiration to catalyse creative ideas.  You should be comfortable critically assessing ideas and approaches based on an understanding of effectiveness and insight as well as being able to present creative concepts alongside the account team.  You will collaborate with the client services team and external partners to support effective campaign roll-outs and evaluate campaign impact by synthesising data and relevant metrics.

The essence of this role is about providing category, competitor, cultural and creative analysis, and gathering & articulating insights.  It means staying abreast of media, technology and industry development and trends, writing and delivering strategic presentations and documents, developing and delivering creative briefs and supporting the creative teams throughout the development process and attending new business meetings and developing pitch strategies. 

You’ll need a strong track record in a design or advertising agency setting as a mid-weight Strategist.  You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and also be collaborative, curious and creative in your approach.
